Rarer – Punk Tattoo @ Cyberpunk Fair

For this year of Cyberpunk Fair – I draw inspiration from the netflix animation "Cyberpunk Edgerunners".
Punk Tattoo is completely tintable and comes in 3 version of opacity. It is inspired by the character Rebecca in the animation, where she also wears a pink neck tattoo.
