Neo is a single button shirt with a leather sleeve harness attached to it.
This can be worn in two ways: You can purchase the Neo shirt with a built in sleeve harness or you can purchase the leather sleeve harness as a standalone product to show some abs. Fatpack comes with both options.

✦ Fatpack comes with 24 colors shirt and sleeve harness can be mix/matched in the Fatpack via the HUD. Fatpack includes 24 sleeve harness colors that can be worn shirtless. Shirtless harnesses have a skin tight fitting.
✦ The Neo "Shirt" is available in 9 single pack colors. Single packs do not include customisation HUDs.
✦ The Neo "Leather Sleeve Harness" is available in 6 single pack colors. Single packs do not include customisation HUDs.
