Q: Why a support portal?
A: Support in Second Life can be a bit hectic. IMs get capped, notecards get lost, and there’s no easy way to find the record of any request. The new support portal for Fancy Decor will help resolve your problems faster than would happen in-world. For this reason, all customer service requests should go through the website.
