The pose stand contains a total of 3 poses incl. satin lips prop.

It can be rezzed on the floor and consumes 1Li (pose stand) / 1Li (lips prop) and is C / M / nT

The pose stand contains AVsitter 2.2 for easy handling of the poses it contains. Press "Adjust" to adjust a pose.
Sit on pose stand to get the menu.

The respective pose can be selected in the menu.

To move the pose stand and lips prop, just right click and edit and move to where you want.
