Its a huge corner unit with a lot of privacy, a radio and good security. But because my wife did the decor with an amazing tropical summer color pallet. Way better then I would have done. A delightful Spanish style home, right on the sunrise side of the island. Its own corner sim private beach, and small water craft access to the main channel into the lagoon for water sports with its own boat or watercraft slip. Mostly furnished with a ton of prims at a mega affordable price so you have plenty of room to grow and make it your own.

Sync movie works perfectly with multiple guests, and a HUGE movie selection! Awesome radio, easy to use, lots of stations.

Direct access to island water sports, beach and beach bar, private Residents Spa, pool deck bar and games as well as use of the islands main dock.
