This is it. This is all you need to build giant, unique settlements. Obviously created for post-apoc builds, but will also work great for urban grunge!
This is the pack I wanted when I was a builder. I couldn’t stop making stuff I thought people might need, so it’s 30+ pieces with a few prefabs to demonstrate what you can do.
Kool door scripted double door gate (shown center), 11 walls including fence/screen/tarp, 2 sets of stairs in 2 textures to mix it up, a guard platform plus double platform prefab, 3 signs, 2 spikes, a random single tire for decor/stacking, plus loose metal and wood pieces and beams.
There’s a lot. There is a contact sheet rezzed at the event so you can see everything you get, and I will have all the pieces rezzed (reduced size) at the mainstore for viewing. Each piece is 1-3 LI at rezzed size, with most walls around 3M high.
It’s a bit spendy since I didn’t think it would make sense to split it up into random packs, so it’s a "fatpack only" deal. I put a 25% discount on it for the event.
