The Bancroft House is a two-story home with a mixture of wood, whitewashed brick and shake siding on the exterior. It has 5 bedrooms and one bath/den. A drop-ladder leads to a large bonus room in the attic. It is approximately 27×19 meters and fits a standard 1024 parcel. The home control system allows security for the doors and panel access, as well as changing wall and floor colors. Each room has 6 color choices.
