The build has a base LI of 451 (unfurnished) and 659 (furnished). You can alter the land impact of the build by clicking on it and adjusting the size through the resize script that has been included (The bigger the build – the higher the Land Impact).
The Skybox features materials and lighting. Permissions are Modify and Copy.
Additionally, there is a range of furniture to choose from, all which can be used individually and rearranged to suit your desires.
